1. Eligibility: The contest is open to legal residents of the United States of America. Entrants under 18 years of age as of their date of entry in this promotion must be accompanied by a legal parent or guardian.
2. Promotion Period: All entries entered between September 15th 2023 (beg. 8am MST) to May 31st 2024 (end 11:59pm MST) will take part in the draw.
3. How to Enter: Entrants who fill out the “Full Circle Sign Up Form” will entire the draw. Only one entrance allowed.
4. Use of Information: By submitting this form, I agree to receive recurring telephone calls and/or SMS or MMS text messages for marketing purposes at the phone number provided, including but not limited to calls or texts sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice. I am authorized to consent to receive text messages sent to the phone number provided. I understand that I may revoke consent at any time. I understand that consent is not a condition of purchase. 5. Contest Schedule: The dates of the contest are September 15th 2023 (beg. 8am MST) to May 31st 2024 (end 11:59pm MST)
6. Winner Selection: The potential winners will be selected by June 4th 2024 (as noted in the contest application) from among all the eligible entries received. Winners will be selected randomly from the eligible entries received using random.org. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via email. We will try to email the winners but we cannot guarantee the winners will receive the email. If a winner does not email us back (reply to our email) within 72 hours, another winner will be chosen. Another winner will be chosen (with 24 hours to respond) until a winner responds and accepts their prize. We will also attempt to contact via Instagram DM but can not guarantee this as an official method of contact.
7. Prizes: Winners will receive one of the gifts as stated in the Google Form during the sweepstakes period. Upon being selected as a winner, the winner will be notified by email and and will be asked for their mailing address. We are responsible for deciding which of the prizes goes to each winner.
